Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

Short version: use TradePilot for honest work, pay for the plan you use, and your data stays yours. The detail is below.

1. Agreement

By creating a TradePilot account or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use TradePilot.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for what the team members you invite do inside your workspace, including the permissions you grant them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not prorate partial periods.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it affects your renewal.

4. Your content

Your customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, photos and messages remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so the product can work for you.

You are responsible for having the right to store the customer information you enter, and for using it lawfully.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use TradePilot to send unsolicited bulk messages, to misrepresent your business, or to store unlawful content.

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or to access another customer's workspace.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

6. Payments to you

Online invoice payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

TradePilot records and reconciles payments but is not a bank, a payment processor or a party to the contract between you and your customer.

7. AI features

AI-generated estimates, messages and summaries are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, scope and any communication before it goes out.

We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular job.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep TradePilot available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance.

Support is provided by email on every plan, with priority response on Business and Growth.

9. Liability

TradePilot is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.

You may close your account at any time and export your data. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
